Fernando is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and proudly served as a fire controlmen aboard the USS Oscar Austin DDG 79 in the US Navy, Go Navy! After leaving the Navy, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in interior design from NJIT and a Master of Fine Arts in lighting design from Parsons School of Design. A skilled artisan, he specializes in lighting design and fine arts, drawing upon his extensive background in interior and furniture design, advanced carpentry, and electrical systems.
